As a first-timer at JMS, I found the staff to be a little confused and getting orders mixed up. I was in the mood for a meatball sub, but I didn't know the overall theme and that they didn't make one. I went with Philly Steak and was looking forward to the classic steak, onions, peppers, and provolone cheese I had in Philadelphia several years back! That isn't what I got. Jersey Mike’s is hands down the best sandwich shop around! Every time I go, the quality is top-notch, from the fresh bread to the perfectly sliced meats and cheeses. The staff is always friendly, quick, and happy to customize orders. Highly recommend!
My favorite sub place, no comparison with Subway. Sub rolls are also baked fresh and all meat is sliced for your order. I've never had a sub there that I didn't absolutely love.
