“I just want to say…I took my 3 kids through the drive through yesterday afternoon and I have never been more pleasantly surprised with a restaurant’s good service. Hannah took our order with a welcoming attitude and like modifying every food item wasn’t a problem in the slightest. I let my kids (10 and 13) order their own food and she was so pleasant and real with them. You could easily hear her, and she was so very easygoing and friendly. She’s special. I had to brag on her—I mean her customer service skills were on fire! If every business had a Hannah at the counter, they’d never fail. We all left the drive thru with smiles on our faces, wondering when we could come back. Good job on hiring her, Ellijay Taco Bell!!“

“My family was warmly welcomed when we came in although it was right before closing and after a big rush of basketball teams. The restaurant was clean, and they had plenty of warm healthy food waiting on us. Although we are a large family, the staff patiently put together our customized orders.
