Visiting from FL. Cute place in a cute area downtown. The elevator smelled like stale warm trash - def need to consider an exhaust fan. Service was great. Quick and attentive. The seating area is cool along the rail outside but otherwise the tables inside are just in a small area. The view outside is the best really. We ordered shrimp and grits could have had more spice to it, but was still good. Wouldn’t get it again though. We also ordered the shrimp bouillabaisse. It’s wasn’t awful, but really had no flavor or spice to it at all. Shrimp and muscles were cooked and good but there were more clam shells than clams and one muscle was closed and not edible. When you only get 4, that’s kinda a big deal. I feel like the broth was so bland almost watered down beef broth. Wouldn’t order that again. I did see some great looking burgers and fried green tomatoes, but didn’t taste them to know if any good. I had a mojito that was yummy and partners had a strawberry something beer, which was good he says. We would revisit, just pick different items to try. Overall the $75 meal (not including tip) was less than average. BUT again, we would revisit!

Service was a little slow today, although its usually outstanding. The boiled peanuts are amazing. Great drinks. Great view. Something for everyone on the menu including vegan / vegetarian.

Edited to respond to owner- your response to what happened was inaccurate. We DID REQUEST. The REQUEST was denied and the reason appears to be a lie. The table had NOT been requested by another group. We were told if we wanted that table that it would be quite a while before we would have service there because of how they space out patrons for servers. BUT others sat there THREE minutes after we sat. We were never told that it was unavailable or reserved. We arrived right when the restaurant opened and no one was waiting for a shade table- no one was waiting at all. We talked to a manager on duty and he was told exactly what happened. He didn’t argue what happened and agreed with the servers and the need to space out. Why would spacing out guests trump the comfort of guests that didn’t want to sit in the sun and ready to patronize? It was not crowded by any means.
We have come here many times and really enjoyed the food. Today we came and they were going to sit us outside in the sun, when there was plenty of tables on the other side of the deck that were in the shade and available. We asked to sit in the shade instead and they told us that they spaced the tables out to balance the server sections and would not put us in the shade. Ok- it was a bummer— but- we opted to sit inside. THREE MINUTES after we are seated, they seat people at the table in the shade!!! We brought it to a manager’s attention, and they would not recognize the fault in this choice. If we were told we would’ve had to wait three minutes to sit in the shade, we would’ve gladly done that. This is really upsetting. (Side note: both tables were four tops and we drove over an hour and a half to come and enjoy lunch here because it used to be a favorite of mine.) We are baffled at this choice.

Really nice rooftop location giving views over central Elijay. Lovely server (Camerin👍🏻)and waiting staff , food was good and reasonably priced and a nice atmosphere with good coverage from the sun under the canopies.

Went for sunday dinner. Talk about fast service! There is an elevator to get upstairs or ... stairs lol. The view was gorgeous! Indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the chicken sandwich, my husband got the smoked gouda mac and cheese and my oldest son got the pulled pork.

Our bartender Keifer was awesome. The drinks were absolutely amazing and fresh. The shrimp cakes were also delicious. We will have to come back for a full meal.
