This place is amazing. The setting, just the whole vibe, and of course good things to drink. If I lived in Georgia I would be here every week. I’ll make sure to stop in the next time I’m in town.
Great place to hang out by the creek and the old Covered Bridge while enjoying a top-shelf selection of beers. Food trucks are always good too.
Great place to sit and relax.

The Outpost by Drowned Valley Brewing Company is a hidden gem and fantastic place for hanging out. The atmosphere is perfect with a beautiful setting along the Etowah River, the Euharlee Covered Bridge, and photogenic ruins. It features a nice deck, giant greenspace with plenty of chairs for lounging, and a fenced playground for kids. Activities include fishing on the river and disc golf.
The beer is outstanding, with a great and wide variety of different styles. Options include a delicious porter, a unique and tasty jalapeño mexican lager, a decent Citra IPA, the One Mo Time, and stouts. The prices are very reasonable. A key feature is the best variety and quality of food trucks, such as a Mexican food truck, providing good food options. The service is fantastic. While not a large indoor space, there is ample parking and outdoor space.
