“The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).
Kid-friendliness: Inexpensive ice cream, pizza, churros, and hot dogs.“

“The workers here do a very good job making sure everything is well made. The food is very good. I go to this location often, especially towards midnight during the weekends. This is definitely a great spot and you definitely will feel safe going here even at the late hours of the night.“

“This was my first experience with Cook Out after hearing a lot about it, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the food, even if the service leaves a lot to be desired.
At this point, I've tried most of the options that come with the trays, although I haven't gotten around to the milkshakes yet. Everything I've ordered has been cooked well and tasted great. The portions are good, and the variety you can get with a tray makes it a solid value.
The service, however, is very hit or miss, although it's usually pretty quick. Ordering through the drive-thru can be genuinely frustrating because it's often extremely difficult to hear the person taking your order. I'm not sure if it's the speaker system or if they're just too far from the microphone, but communication can be a struggle. The staff also tend to be very short with customers and don't usually come across as particularly friendly. Small things like straws, forks, or other items are also frequently forgotten.
Overall, the food is usually good enough to make the slight headache of everything else worth it. If the service and drive-thru experience were improved, this would be a much better location.“

“The service is always fast, but what I hate is that they don't cook the burger all the way don, also the last visit was on 03/28/2036. I got tea as my soft drink and it was terrible the tea taste like coffee. I don't know who made that tea but it was nasty.“
