we ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries. even asked the guy did he put extra cherries in it? he said yes.....they even charged me for the extra cherries. it was $4.09 for a medium. we gave guy $5 and he forgot my change when he brought the drink...... worst sonic ever..... this isn't first time this has happened here. Manager on duty hung up when I called to complain. horrible customer service and product at this location! will find another business to give my $$$ too........
I have been going to this sonic a bunch ....the last several times I've gone there, they have charged me for SEVERAL things but didn't put it in the bag .... Tonight was the LAST TIME and should be shut down ... the Lil punk manager Austin can't EVEN get a cherry limeade with 5 cherries correct ... I even asked the nappy head kid that brought my drink are you SURE my extra cherries in there he said yes sir ....get home not a one ... I understand that the owner doesn't...read full review
Went in for special as advised on tv. Peppercorn ranch bacon cheeseburger with fries for $3.98. After ordering I was told we don’t have that anymore. Only a special. I asked,”why is it still advertised on tv?” Sorry we don’t have that anymore. What else would you like. Sounds like a come on to me. $8.95 burger fries and soda instead. Beware of scams
