Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has the absolute best staff. The sweetest staff works here, and they are kind, helpful, and seem happy to assist in any way. The manager staff and all employees work hard each day to give every customer a great experience. The staff is patient, friendly, and helpful, even during pure chaos. Richard is an asset to the team, making the experience so great that even if something goes wrong, a customer cannot get mad. The food is always friendly and always fresh. This location is clean and the food is the best here out of all the Zaxbys. Customers have customized salad orders and they have been made to perfection. The Nibblers are a favorite for picky kids. The food is predictably delicious and served fast. It is a great place to stop and grab a quick bite if on the go. The restaurant feels like a little piece of home.
