“Had a little mishap today when the lid on my coffee wasn’t secured properly and it ended up spilling in my lap—but the team couldn’t have been more kind and helpful! They quickly remade my drink and were so apologetic and understanding. Big shoutout to the manager (wish I caught his name!) for handling it all with such professionalism and care. Really appreciated how they turned an uncomfortable moment into a positive experience. Thank you!“

“I visit this Starbucks frequently due to it being close to my workplace. Every visit is wonderful, and a great place to decompress during my break. Each of the baristas have excellent customer service. They are super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My drink is made right every time in a timely fashion. They even remember my name and my typical order. Out of all the locations I visit (and I visited many of the locations), this location is superior.“

“Went in on a weekend and was so empty, thought it was closed for a moment at like 5 pm. Ladies were friendly. Ask for a Pink Drink and informed me they were cleared out bc of the Master’s Week rush they just had. One of the employees stopped to inform me that they just got a shipment and they were going to see if they had what they needed to do my Pink Drink. Sure enough she came back to the front with a smile and asked what size. This place was clean even after a rush and well organized. Great customer service. I will be going here whenever I am in the area.“
