“We had a wonderful breakfast experience at this charming restaurant. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish tasting fresh and feeling like it was made with care. It had that perfect homemade quality that’s hard to find. The host was also very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a delightful meal. Highly recommend stopping by for a warm and memorable breakfast!“

“Update- we’ve been back three times to get the oatmeal cookies. They are crazy good. The Whoopie pie, apple cobbler was pretty good. I didn’t like the bread pudding as it was more of cheesecake and not like traditional bread pudding. Fried green tomatoes are delicious, but I don’t like the finishing glaze or blue cheese under it. The cheese was too funky. I would’ve preferred a different sauce and on the side instead of drizzled on or no sauce. The beef stroganoff was delicious and the noodles were unique and fresh tasting, but I would’ve liked to have more meat in it. The sliced beef option had an interesting sauce on it that didn’t match with the beef. Would’ve preferred and Au jus based sauce. Unique mashed potato dumpling and red cabbage were fine. Potato dumpling has bread in the center, I would’ve enjoy a good traditional mashed potatoes instead. I know this is Greek style-so maybe that’s how they eat their mashed potatoes… The pecan grouper looked delicious and some other options on their menu as we plan to come back and try the other options . Great service, great atmosphere, great prices, fast service, clean establishment, great desserts, authentic food.

I’m upset. Why didn’t this place show up in Google maps! I’m not sure how we stumbled on this place but I was looking for something sweet and this popped up so we had to try it. A REAL BAKERY-Wow. Nothing like the everyday style dessert shops in the area, where the stuff is too sweet And a bunch of foolishness really. Jonesboro is a food desert-have to drive out the city for something good…. My eyes were Going wild with all of the delicious looking desserts in that case. The lady before me ordered all of one I was wanting to try. Now I for sure have to come back lol. I ordered maybe five items even though I know I shouldn’t be eating this much. My first time, I always want to try a lot because it determines if I’ll come back. Great service. Extremely nice inside, I forgot where I was. Why was it empty, I asked myself. I saw a food menu that seemed to have everything good on it and I become more impressed. Been coming to the area two years and totally missed it. We could have been eating here. The lady even recommended other food places. Super nice.

Pecan pie- nice size/weight/look with good amount of filling/pecans. It’s better to break in half than bite through. Breaking it in half allows you to bite the middle. The breading has a homemade/original/with love kinda taste. After two bites I tasted chocolate and was thrown off. I’ll ask next time if there’s chocolate in the pecan pie. Wanted the Apple pie but lady in front of me cleared them all. I was hurt. lol

Carrot Cake-I don’t care for icing so I moved most of it off and just ate the bread. The bread was great, but of course with no icing it was a bit plain. I knew but had to try. The cool sandwich look is attractive.

German Chocolate Cake- Beautiful Cake. Delicious. I had some crunch in my cake but I thought it may be eggshell. This is def a fancy and tasty cake

Oatmeal Cookie-can you believe the oatmeal cookie was the best of the four. I don’t like oatmeal cookies that much but it looked great and there was only a couple left so you know it’s good when there’s only a few left lol. It was something truly amazing about that cookie. I’ve been daydreaming of it. Daydreaming like Aretha. Please don’t change anything. I’ll order all you have like that lady did me lol.

We plan to go back and try the food and I’ll update the review. For now, 6-Star Desserts-Great Job City Cafe & Bakery.

Tried the pecan grouper. I like the fruit on top idea that’s cool and simple. The crust had flavor and crunch, but I think it’s a little much crust for the size fish. I ate it all, but the thin fish could take a thinner coating. Red cabbage ok. Seasonal veggies were broccoli but I wish was greens or squash zucchini. Nothing special about rice.“

“I ordered a devil's food cake for my husband's birthday last week and Yamesia absolutlely delivered. I had a hard time finding a baker who knew what a devil's food cake was. Not the case with Yamesia. The cake was delicious, moist with true deep chocolate flavor. The icing was light and not overly sweet. We had a sheet cake and usually there is cake left over at most of the parties I have attended in the last few years. This is my forever cake artist, decorator and baker. Kudos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“A step into a delicious experience. The outside of Woodstone is inviting you want to check this place out just by their sign. I entered this business on a Friday afternoon with little to no wait. I was greeted with a smile and a Welcome. I asked about the Matcha and if they had dairy free options I ordered a large unswerving matcha with oatmilk and a splash of sugar. I received my matcha with 2 minutes of me ordering that was fast and it tasted good. I left hearing receiving a “Have a nice day” from the he gentleman serving on the bakery/barista side. They have seating if you want to relax and read a book with a cinnamon roll and coffee. Super cute chill spot! Highly recommend it. “The two staff members working today (March 2, 2024) were wonderful. After walking through Terminal A for a place to get a bite to eat, I was thrilled to find Brioche tucked away in a quiet corner. The staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. My sandwich was delicious, and I have no doubt it was so much better than any of the premade sandwiches from one of the countless snack stalls that line the Terminal.“

“Amazing customer service. A variety of items on the menu. I had the catfish and grits. Fish seasoned well and fried hard like I like it. Grits were very creamy and thick and seasoned to perfection. Definitely will return. Also tried the sweet potato pancake and it was delicious.“

“This location of Panera is consistently good, with good service and decent food. My only gripe, and it's the same at every Panera Bread I've ever been to, their soups are rarely hot... usually only warm. By the time you've eaten just a few bites, it has gone cold.
The new fall sammies are really tasty. Definitely will be a regular in the colder months!“

It’s amazing the last time we also ordered as they were closing and took it to the botanical garden and ate it there. This time. Amazing as well. The food is spectacular. As for service. It’s nothing different from other reviews. Whether u order ahead you will be waiting 30 minutes for the food. If you get to the restaurant and order super slow service. We got there at 2:30pm and left at 5:30 we waited for our food for 2 hours. It’s crazy. But if you come here just make sure you haven’t planned to do anything else during the day.
