This is sad because this chipotle is new but the customer service is unacceptable came at 9:00 pm and was told they weren’t taking orders inside anymore like what ?? And then the drive thru was wrapped around the building. This is ridiculous then the staff was rude
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle, specifically because of the “store manager’s” attitude. I was simply asking for a few very minimal things, all of which are part of her job, and was met with an unnecessary attitude the entire time. I was nothing but polite and had absolutely no issue asking for what I needed, so I’m confused as to why I was treated as though I was being difficult. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this location disappointed :( - Chipotlane we were in line for 25 min before we just went in and had to wait another 25 min for our food
