“Very thankful for this location & employees this morning! I drive from south Fayetteville to Atlanta often and really do not like the Dunkin close to the square due to traffic. I have always used this location and had a great experience, but this morning I mixed up the locations in my app while trying to place a pick up order so when I arrived my order obviously was not there. The employees were so kind and made my order under 5 mins and didn’t blink an eye! I wish I got their names because they made my hectic morning much more positive!“

“I ordered three bacon, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches, one dozen glazed donuts, two boba teas and three strawberry cheesecake glazed donuts. The lady that was working over charged me. I pointed out that she over charged me for the breakfast sandwiches. The other young lady that was working became rude and started using profanity. I explained that if each sandwich is 3.99 + 1.25 to add bacon. making the total 5.24 per sandwich the total for all three sandwiches is $15.72 not $23.22. Well the young lady was beyond mad speaking in a different language, cursing, and very rude simply because I didn't want to be overcharged.“

“I have an updated review of this location! There is new management and you can tell. I first came here in April and the service and quality were not up to standard (three days in a row with no Timbits and the coffee machine being down). I almost didn't go back, but was in town with family and gave it another shot. I am so glad that I did! Speaking to the new manager, Florine, I found out that things had changed and it was worth visiting here again. I will definitely be back!“
