“Had a bad experience at order taking. Maybe this is a rant about an onsite manager not keeping a watchful eye on the front end. Situation: I'm trying to spread my local business $$ around community but I spend 12 minutes behind 2 patrons putting in their dine-in order. While they ask multiple questions, change their order based on cashier recommendations on and on. I watch the busy lunch hour line grow and watch people leave. I watch customers enter, see the line and go back out. If the manager was present and on top of their game a second hand could have been dispatched to avert such a hold up. Couldn't the cashier have asked for help? It came across to me that they didn't really care about my business or the business they were losing. There was a general nonchalance by the cashier. Do you think I'm going to be coming back to Panera bread for my lunch time after having such an experience? Not just know but heck no! I felt greatly unappreciated. I can only hope this review is a wake-up call that management should keep an eye on the front end. Watch your employees and keep watch on your incoming dollars. Be cognizant and have awareness when there is a slowdown and participate in keeping things moving. My conclusion was if you spend 15 minutes of your lunch time just trying to put in your order this is not the place to go for lunch. I have no complaints about the food after I finally got it but while I had my lunch I stewed over how long it took and how I felt, making the experience one I just had to review. Do better !!“

“My son and I wanted to have a Mommy/Son date one last time before he heads out to college. My son chose Elliot's and I was excited because neither one of us had been there before. I must say every moment there was an absolute pleasure. The host was welcoming as we walked in and it was more than a typical "hi, how many". She just had an overall joy to her. The servers that helped us were so kind and friendly. We asked a lot of questions and they were both so patient with us and very informative with the answers they gave. The manager (I think he was) greeted us and helped us with a quick question. It wasn't a normal "how can I help you" but a sincere I here to make sure all is well type of body language. When you walk into the restaurant, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. The colors are exciting and make you want to stick around for a good time. When you enter there is a sense of friendliness, kindness and joy all mixed together that create a place enjoyable for all. Both my son and I are excited to come again. We went during lunch time and it was such a pleasurable experience that we want to try again for dinner. It is honestly hard to find a place that has such an amazing dining atmosphere all around, and Elliott's sure did deliver. Thank you to the staff for such an amazing time and thank you to Lester for all that you did!“

“My husband and I come here often and we always get excellent service each time. Every server we’ve had has been awesome & we have had the pleasure of having Leanne (I think that’s how you spell her name so sorry if it’s wrong) about three times and she’s always friendly, attentive and goes out of her way to make our visits here the best! Once I left my phone on the table and the bus boy came out running to bring it to me! We sometimes go to other Olive Gardens but ultimately this location has the best service and the food is always delicious so we never hesitate to come back. This location has a great team!“

“Love Panera but a Turkey Bacon Bravo that’s missing the bacon is very disappointing!! Especially when the receipt says “accuracy matters”🙁“

“I love the food! My favorite dish is the Bun Bo Hue and the spring rolls! Ohhhh and the wings!! The girls are always so sweet and accommodating especially when I have to have a working lunch!“
