You can’t just go to any Applebee’s and expect it to be good with good service and your food warm my experience here was great from the time I was greeted to the time we got sat down. I had a waitress named cat. She was amazing. I was there with my family and my three year-old and she was just on top of it. We didn’t even have to ask for any refills any napkins just we did not need to ask for anything. Everything was served perfectly. She kept checking on usand the staff were just so sweet and amazing and the floor manager working that night. He was just so awesome and greeted us at our table and made sure everything was going good.“

“It's no longer called 6340 it's now called Fins & Feathers and I've been to it several times sunce the name change.Great environment, atmosphere, the staff is very pleasant, food and drinks are good and also the music be on point. Fins & Feathers is one of my favorite go to spot in Riverdale.“

“We visit here with our family weekly. We sit in the non smoking side. It’s our kids favorite restaurant. The kids meals are a wonderful deal and the kids get ice cream sundaes with their meal! The amazing waitresses always give them quarters for the quarter machines too! The food is always good, service is fast, and the waitresses are so kind. As parents, we try to avoid going to restaurants where we have long waits so the kids won’t get bored and so we appreciate the attentive and speedy service here.“

My waitress Bella made sure everything was hot and often came over to check to see if everything was alright or if I needed anything and when she was busy another waitress (Ria) would stop at the table and ask if I needed anything else. She was not my waitress but she was willing to help me if needed. They both displayed excellent customer service!“

“Fast seating and food was amazing. Kapri was an amazing server, we did have to call for her she came and checked on us and asked were we okay with a smile. The manager Derrick went over and beyond with service and I can see why he has a great staff . He came to our table to check on us even though he knew our server was doing great . It went to pouring down and me and my step mom had no umbrella and I had to be to work. He took the time to grab an umbrella and walk us one by one to the truck. Me being in management myself he showed true customer service and support. Great job Derrick and Kapri“
