“We loved it here so much we came back twice in a 3 day period. So many great menu options. The view on the lake is beautiful. Delicious food. Easily enjoy amazing weather with the deck/patio style seating. Really great all around.

Only complaint is we had a hard time getting drink refills. And it took a long time to be able to put an order in for our food. Waitresses just seemed to disappear for bits at a time but were good when they were around.

Definitely highly recommend the deep fried green tomatoes!!! They were a family favorite for sure. Honestly all of the food we got everyone loved. It seems you can’t go wrong here.“

“I’m not typically a huge fan of bbq because if the intense smokey, salty flavor. The pulled pork was perfect! Flavor was so good, just the right amount of ‘smoke’! The sides were delicious as well.“

“I love using Holy Smokes catering! I have used them a lot for lunchtime catering for customers and have never been happier. The food is exceptional!!! The meats (pork and chicken) are cooked perfectly and taste so delicious with their very own BBQ sauce. The Mac and cheese is the best that I have ever had and my customers say the same thing! The salad is always so fresh and the dressings are some of the best I’ve tasted. The Smokey flavored green beans are delicious and I always have more than one helping. My favorite dessert is their homemade brownies that are just like my grandma used to bake. They are always on time with their delivery and communicate so well when I reach out to them to order. “The service was absolutely perfect. My parmesan chicken had some unmelted cheese on the bottom and was a little dry, but tasted great. This was my first time at this location. I have never cared for the Commerce and Cornelia locations, which is why I never stopped here. It's much better and far and away the best location I've been to in quite a while.“

“Tannery Ale House hosted a Rehearsal Dinner for about 35 people for our son and daughter in-laws wedding last week. The food was amazing, all the guests raved about it, even days later. We had the Pitmaster buffet and the brisket and the peach cobbler is not to be missed! There was so much food, plenty for everyone and then some... The rustic setting of the party room was perfect and having our own private bar was so convenient. The service was on spot and the bartender was great as well. Thank you Mike Neal and Tannery Ale House for helping us make this a truly special event.“

“My husband and I went for a late lunch (around 2:30p), both of us got the Ribeye, broccoli & rice pilaf. The steaks were cooked well (med rare), but were a bit thin and WAY over-seasoned. The amount of salt & pepper on them was so much so that the black pepper was getting stuck in our teeth! And the salt content almost made me slightly nauseous...as im, my blood pressure went up, I could FEEL it, and I don't have BP health issues!
I know the joking 'stigma' about us 'unmelanated' folks feeling that 'salt is even too spicy for us', but that's definitely not the case with me -- I'll just say this: I have to turn down the offer of jalapeños in our cheese dip, but that's for everyone else at our table; this girl loves her spicy foods! So, with that being said; when BLACK PEPPER is burning your face off, well, that's because they put way too much black pepper on there. Steaks should have flavor, you shouldn't only taste the seasonings...what are they covering up? Why the flavor masking; what are they trying to HIDE?! Spices are meant to compliment the food, to enhance it's natural flavors...NOT to drown them and get stuck in your teeth. ?

Anyway, to make a longer-ish short post *even longer*: The food looked and smelled great, butnthe Ribeye was a bit skimpy in thickness and ALL of it, everything, was absolutely doused in salt and black pepper...?“

“I took my MIL to this location Sunday for lunch. We had a great experience and will definitely be back! The parking lot seemed full, but we were greeted and seated right away. Rebecca was our server and she was very pleasant and accommodating. We had the Road Kill with two side items...green beans and mashed potatoes. So delicious! Of course the rolls were awesome. We also had an order of fried pickles. I placed a to go order for my husband towards the end of our lunch. We look forward to our next visit!“
