“This Baskin-Robbins shares it's location with a Dunkin' Donuts with the employees sharing responsibilities for both eateries. I went here on a hot day looking for something cool to eat. I ordered a single scoop of Rainbow Sherbet in a cup. The cashier was cordial and kind during the whole process. The sherbet was delicious, being cold and sweet, the right thing to have on a hot day all the while seeing additional customers coming after me also having the same idea as me to buy ice cream. I was somewhat surprised when going to write a review of my experience here that the reviews are mostly negative specifically about the service. Nevertheless, their opinions don't affect mine. Overall, I left satisfied with my time at Baskin Robbins with the food, service and the atmosphere!

“Ordered a cake from here and the process was very easy in store. The manager texted me a couple days out to confirm the order and talk about the details of the cake. She responded quick and the day of pick up provided pictures of the cake along with details for transport, storage, and preparation for eating. My son loved the look and taste of the cake. “We were in town visiting friends and got a gluten free pizza from here and would 100% recommend! My son has celiac disease and when I called ahead of time to ask how the pizza was prepared the woman on the phone was very helpful. They cannot guarantee no cross contamination but explained they would make it in the back separate from where other pizzas are prepared using ingredients that are separate from the ones they use on their main line. It’s cooked in a separate metal pan, glove change/washed hands, etc. She verified the toppings we wanted were all gluten free. I felt comfortable with these precautions and the pizza was delicious. Bbq Chicken Pizza w/o onions and cilantro. 💕“

“Super busy & crowded with no place to sit. One little table with 2 chairs, one covered with boxes, the other one occupied by some rude guy who didn't even offer it to me, even though I had to stand for a long time, holding on to my husband's arm & leaning on my cane. I'm old, gray-haired, and obviously handicapped. Seriously? The poor guy behind the counter was trying to keep up, until he finally had to call someone (from the store next door?) to come help. They have a ridiculous variety of cold treats but - OMG! The amount of sugar! However, NO frozen yogurt - disappointing, since I can't have regular ice-cream - and the raspados we got tasted like pure syrup with an additional teaspoon of sugar in every bite. Impossible to eat. And then they wonder why there's such a rampant spread of obesity, diabetes and disease in the Hispanic community! 😱“

“This place is great for snacks and desserts. They have lots of different fruits, ice cream, popsicles, milkshakes, snacks, churros, and plenty more. Very affordable and really a unique place. It’s right next to Killer Ink in Buford, GA. I highly recommend going here. We really enjoy the treats we get here. Can’t get the same goodies anywhere else.“

“I love Culvers burgers and their fries, eat there for lunch once a week. it was cold out today and I thought a bowl of chili would be good. Ordered the chili supreme, paid for extra onions, cheese and sour creme, no sour creme on the tray, they told me they were out of it. you could have let me know before hand, I would have skipped that part of the order. $10.54 for a little bowl of chili, hardly any meat in it, fries and a drink, what a disappointing meal.“
