“I threw out my receipt accidentally but I did want to give a special thank you to CJ and Laura who made my day. I was having a super frustrating day and came to get my kids their favorite food and smoothie and my youngest child drops his entire smoothie all over the floor in the middle of the restaurant. I literally could've cried only because of the day that I was already having AND THAT was literally the cherry on top. But to my surprise CJ came immediately told me not to worry about the mess. Prevented me from even helping and asked me what smoothie I had and made me a new one in literally 10 seconds lol. It even tasted better than my original one. He was so kind and so was Laura. I appreciate the constant reassurance and energy that you both gave me. Something so simple as being overly kind to me and kids truly changed the path of my day. I probably will never go to another tropical smoothie aside from this simply because I felt like the most valuable person in the room at that moment. “Went here for lunch the other day. The atmosphere inside looked great with a wide variety of hot & cold drinks to select from as well as other food items. I ended up selecting a small cappuccino along with a grilled cheese panini. The cappuccino was delicious and gave me a boost of energy. The panini while initially looking fairly simple, surprised me when I took the first bite. The cheese inside was truly melted and smooth, but not too heavy. Just the right complement to my cappuccino. The service was also friendly and cordial as well. Overall a pretty good first impression.“

“I've driven past Scooter's a few times while passing through Gainesville. Today I was able to drop by and try them out. I generally like my coffee strong and not too sweet. I was recommended the s'more cold brew with an adjusted sweetness and I also got the maple waffle. They definitely hit the spot. Great service as well!“

“My kids and I love coming here! They have a little bit of a wait time to make the teas and get to customers who were before you, but they have SO many options and they are super tasty. There are ones with Oreo that is basically a dessert! If your ever unsure about those round things at the bottom of the drink it’s some type of tapioca pudding things. My kids like them but I just ask for my drink to not have them because I feel like I fit more drink in my cup and don’t have to chew on them. They are a weird slimy chewy texture that I just don’t care for but if you haven’t tried it before (called Boba) just try it one time and you’ll know! We really like the Cocoa Cream Wow !
