Self-service order machine broken. Drink machine out of everything except diet drinks. Forgot to give sauce for chicken nuggets. Food wasn't as good as some other BK locations. Restrooms were clean though.
We ordered the food got to the window and realized that we had a coupon. We asked to use the coupon and was met with an unexpected attitude from Mary about not saying we had an coupon.

Its hit or miss. Sometimes its ok, sometimes its not ok. Its hard to get in and out of the drive through because there is a concrete barrier around both sides of the drive through. You have to get it perfect to avoid scraping your tires on it. Several times I had to pull up to the drive through window to get my order taken because nobody answers the menu board. It's inconsistent and I would just rather not unless I'm sure craving something from there.
