I go to this restaurant all the time. The food is good and service always on point. Some things they make a little differently than other Chinese restaurants, and thats ok! You know a place is good when they have an old man who looks like he's been sitting there for 13 years now making your food. Place didn't look like a normal restaurant, but definitely ate like one. Spent 15$ on myself and 15 on my brother, got enough food to fill us both up with leftovers. They fill the little boxes nearly bursting with food. Food was not bad. But the fried noodles were stale. The restaurant was nasty. I didn't see a health rating posted. If the lobby area was bad the kitchen was probably worse. Reasonable priced food. Hopefully they will clean it up, if not I won't be back.
