From the customer service, to the love that is put in to each of the deserts, this place is truly a gem.“

“This location messed up my order. I’m really not use to getting soft fresh cookies from here. But tonight they had the pretty chocolate girl up there who identified herself as the manager. I explained what happened, how my cookies are always hard.
she listened and explained that never happens on her shift. She apologized, and was very polite. Great customer service! But she may be bipolar or some. It seemed like she had gotten annoyed, then she walked off mid sentence. I thought she was checking for soft cookies. I waited for five minutes then I waived her down. She came back super polite then she picked out the cookies I wanted replaced. These maybe the softest cookies i have ever gotten from them. I’m not sure how she pulled that off. There is a good chance these things will be soft for the next couple of hours. But this specific manager does not work everyday. In fact she’s never up there. I think her name is Mayo. Too bad this is not my experience every time. Five stars for tonight’s experience though, for sure.“

“Humble. Delicious. Overly Satisfying. Jenny was so kind & welcoming. It was my first time visiting and i was a drive by customer. Not gunna lie, upon arriving into the parking lot my first thought was “it seems kind of sketchy”. But i was so happy so follow through and get proven wrong. I wish i could’ve gotten more than just the funnel cake and fried oreos. They satisfied the sweet tooth I had and I can’t wait to visit again. “I ordered cookies, brownies, and brookies from Insomnia Cookies to be delivered at 3:15 for a work meeting with my team. Unfortunately, there was a delivery hiccup - the DoorDash driver (they use DoorDash for deliveries before 6pm) arrived at our office security gate but didn't notify me. The online tracker still showed they were on the way, and by the time I went outside to check, the driver had already left with our treats!

I immediately called the store, and the staff was incredibly apologetic and immediately worked with me to find an alternative delivery time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was resent and that I was a satisfied customer. Their dedication to making things right was genuinely impressive.

When the treats finally arrived, they were an absolute hit! My entire team devoured them and couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. The cookies, brownies, and brookies were all phenomenal!

Despite the initial delivery mishap (which was really the driver's fault, not the store's), I was incredibly pleased with the care and attention I received from the Insomnia Cookies team. Their willingness to make things right and their outstanding customer service has earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats and a company that truly cares about their customers!“
