Today, I ordered using the papa johns app as I normally do and found out that it didn't capture my order correctly and I couldn't get back in the app to change it, but also didn't know it until I was picking up my order. Arthur assisted me in rectifying my order and I was much appreciative for it.
1 star for giving away our order to someone that didn’t even give a name to the employee. Evidently all you have to do is walk up to the counter and say you have an online order and not give a name. And they will just give your order away. Changed to 3 star for giving us an extra pizza with our order.

I want to thank Arthur for his amazing customer service. I had a complaint about the pizzas I ordered the night before and he offered to replace my order or give me a full refund. Because of his customer service, I opted for the order to be replaced. The pizzas I received were much better than the ones I received the night before. Thank you Arthur!!
