Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences. Some found the food overcooked and salty, with questionable service. Others enjoyed the amazing chicken Philly and hot fries, praising the fast and polite service. Despite some disappointment in the Zaxby's sauce, first-time visitors from NY found the signature chicken sandwich and famous chicken tenders worth the visit. While not life-changing, the food left a positive impression, making a return trip likely.
