“The first time I got blackened chicken strips from here.. they were literally black in color.. and kiiiind of.. dry/not great.
I’m so glad I gave it a second chance because whoever was working this morning was on top of it!

Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. “I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Zaxby’s from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately stood out. The dining area, drink station, and even the bathrooms were spotless — something you don’t always see at fast food restaurants, especially during busy hours.

The customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The staff greeted customers as they came in, kept the line moving quickly, and still made everyone feel valued instead of rushed. You can tell this location is extremely well managed because the employees worked together smoothly and professionally the entire time.

The food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and clearly made fresh to order. The fries were seasoned perfectly and still piping hot when they hit the table. Even the toast was buttery and fresh. The sauces were stocked, the portions were generous, and every item looked like it was prepared with care instead of just thrown together quickly.

What really impressed me was how efficient the entire operation was. Even with a steady crowd, the wait time was minimal and orders were being handled accurately and quickly. You rarely find a fast food location that combines speed, quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service this consistently.

This Zaxby’s sets the standard for what a restaurant experience should be. It’s obvious the team takes pride in what they do, and it absolutely shows in every part of the experience. I’ll definitely be returning often and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service.“

“Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.

We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better.
