I go to this jacks frequently and it is quite a nice experience. The food is exactly what i expect and the employees recognize me. I am often met with an employee called Chaz and she is wonderful and incredibly friendly.

The food was ready really quick. For an order for 4 adults and one child. No exaggeration, about five minutes. Unfortunately, the food was unseasoned. From the fries to the batter the chicken was coated in. Neither were hot and the fries were mush. The restaurant was empty so why hadn't anyone cleaned the restrooms more recently. There was waste all over one of the 3 stalls available. We did not dine in so I can't say much for the cleanliness of other areas. Overall...

I've been a customer here for almost 2 years now, and also worked as a cook for about 2 months. I loved the job and my coworkers, but the manager was careless and unprofessional. We had a great crew until he came in and disrupted the good energy we had. Over half of the staff have quit, or were passive-aggressively laid off by the management.
