Mcdonalds corporate needs to shoot a commercial at THIS location. This diverse team of skilled workers in a small sleepy town in Georgia are the epitome of harmonized teamwork. I am always greeted with smiles, able to cut up with employees, and am treated with kindness and respect. Management is very communicative and always willing to have a chat and a smile when asked. 🤬They had a glass bottle in their parking lot. I mentioned it to staff who said they were sorry and walked away. I called to ask about an incident report only to get yelled at and when I asked about who the regional manager was, they hung up on me. I called again, they yelled at me again, threatened to call their management and complain about me, then hung up on me again without giving me any information on how to file a formal complaint. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building tonight and it took just shy of an hour to sit, wait, order and get our food. But the two employees working tonight still had smiles on their faces and my order correct and hot. I hope they those two get recognition like they deserve!
