“Excellent experience - great food and nice people.

This restaurant is a prime example for two key things - local restaurants being great and keeping menus simple. They have a small but reasonable menu and do everything very well. It was such a delight to have lunch here today.

The pork was excellent - moist and nice smoky flavor that you could eat without sauce. I tried the Hog Waller roll which was an interesting combo of Brunswick stew, cheese and pork wrapped in Texas toast…very nice. The crinkle fries were fresh, hot and crisp - as were the onion rings. Even the toast was toasted to perfection. 😀 The banana pudding is homemade and on point - exactly as it should be.

“Gave me the wrong food and I wasn't aware of it till I was 25 miles away. The service is good and this was the first time they got my food wrong. Usually a great place to grab breakfast. We are human and humans make mistakes. I will definitely go back.“
