Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gainesville

“This is the my family's first time going to Chipotle. Unfortunately with miscommunication I thought they were out of brown rice. So I got the white rice in my bowl. I'm finished with making my bowl and the guy brings brown rice over to fill up the container. They were out of several toppings. So I put what they had in my bowl. I liked my bowl, I got steak. The food didn't have no flavor to it. My kids said also there was no flavor to the food. I unfortunately don't think I'd come back. We got chips and cheese and cheese was disgusting. They charge for chips and guacamole. They don't have a salsa bar like the other comparable restaurants. So it's a no for me and my family.“

“Just had 3 Tacos, and they were great ! The great thing about this place is the people that work here, all of them were very nice it was my first time ever being to this Chipotle. And I'll definitely come back. They actually made me feel like a valued customer after I just had a really long hard day. Thank you!“
