Had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Alayah! Even though it was close to closing time, she was still so kind, patient, and helpful. She truly had such a customer-service-centered attitude and made me feel welcomed instead of rushed. It’s clear she cares about giving people a positive experience, and that really stood out to me. “I have to disagree with the reviews posted. I ordered online. It was perfect. Restaurant was clean fresh. They were nice. Food was excellent. Proportioned perfectly. We received exactly what we order. It was a large order. We’ll be back!!“

“When I arrived at chipotle although online it said it was open I found out it was pick up only😢. So I waited in the lovely rainy cold weather and waited 15 min for my food. Then a kind gentlemen began yelling, pounding at the pick up window, and throwing stuff at the poor workers inside 😱. Next thing I know the workers then utilized the power of a broom and water buckets to deter the man 😲. Then my pick up order was ready and a lovely Hispanic women with the brightest smile handed me my food while the gentleman screamed at me saying, “ain no one gon take me, ya ain nothin”. Food 8/10, service 7/10, entertainment 10000/10.“

“It's Chipotle so you get what you get. The staff wasn't over friendly so can't brag about that. The location is convenient to a lot of shops in the area so that's a plus if you want to do some shopping before you grab some food.“

“I've tried a lot of different Chipotle restaurants around Atlanta and I have to say this is one of the best. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful and the food is very fresh and tasty. It is a busy restaurant because it is close to Emory but the wait is not too long.“

“Just wanted to take a moment to share some praise on this Chipotle location in Lenox/Buckhead. Portions are good, food is great. But above all, just wanted to compliment the attention to food safety at this location. Saw staff washing their hands, turning faucet off with a paper towel, before putting on brand new gloves to serve. Even saw the cashier wash hands and hand sanitize before even touching the cash register, as well as put on new gloves for something as simple as ladling some sauce. The restaurant is also constantly being cleaned including the drink/napkin area. While one might say all of this goes without saying, I sadly cannot say this for all Chipotle locations. As someone who has gone through the throes of severe food poisoning in the past, really appreciate that the team here takes protection of customers seriously, especially as many folks working in the area come to this location for lunch every single day. Very pleased. Hope you all keep up the good work.“

“Had no issues with this Chipotle; was surprised to see the low reviews. I do think there's a sizable homeless population around the location, but it's Midtown. You're going to get that. Friendly staff and had my order ready for pick-up as soon as I arrived. Solid burrito!“
