I often come after a long, sometimes stressful, day at work and Chanel’s warm personality makes my day! The couple of others that I’ve interacted with at chipotle are nice as well, but Chanel truly goes above and beyond!“

Had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Alayah! Even though it was close to closing time, she was still so kind, patient, and helpful. She truly had such a customer-service-centered attitude and made me feel welcomed instead of rushed. It’s clear she cares about giving people a positive experience, and that really stood out to me. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

“I love Chipotle and I eat there quite often. This location is one of three that I frequent. On this visit everything seemed fine until I got back to work. I always order the exact same thing. A chicken bowl with chips. Something in the bowl this time was extra spicy... so much so that I could barely eat it. The chips were also salty and I had to try to get some of the salt off to make them edible.“

“I come here a lot, but this is specifically my second time more recently that I’ve been in and everyone was so sweet and attentive. I was asked multiple times if I was waiting for something / had been helped or not yet, and even though my pickup time was set for 8:00, it was me who’d come in early so I really didn’t mind the wait. I got my food not even 5 minutes after my original pick up time and was still apologized to about and accommodated further for the “wait” I didn’t even feel like was much lol. Everyone was very welcoming and polite, I wish I’d got names. Big thank you to night shift on 9/2. :)“

“I've tried a lot of different Chipotle restaurants around Atlanta and I have to say this is one of the best. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful and the food is very fresh and tasty. It is a busy restaurant because it is close to Emory but the wait is not too long.“

“Just wanted to take a moment to share some praise on this Chipotle location in Lenox/Buckhead. Portions are good, food is great. But above all, just wanted to compliment the attention to food safety at this location. Saw staff washing their hands, turning faucet off with a paper towel, before putting on brand new gloves to serve. Even saw the cashier wash hands and hand sanitize before even touching the cash register, as well as put on new gloves for something as simple as ladling some sauce. The restaurant is also constantly being cleaned including the drink/napkin area. While one might say all of this goes without saying, I sadly cannot say this for all Chipotle locations. As someone who has gone through the throes of severe food poisoning in the past, really appreciate that the team here takes protection of customers seriously, especially as many folks working in the area come to this location for lunch every single day. Very pleased. Hope you all keep up the good work.“

“When I saw the 3.6 rating, I was nervous... But for no reason! This steak bowl is perfect. Perfect ratio of everything, fast and friendly service. Whoever was on grill and on prep September 4th 2025... Give them a raise TODAY. This steak is so good, and the guac!? 10/10 isn't good enough. I have to type it out. Ten out of ten!“

“Horrible customer service.. I eat here frequently ,and this time I decided to get the queso and chips.I asked the young woman at the register if they could put some pico de gallo in the bowl with my queso and her reply was a strong worded NO ... I asked her why not and she cannot give me a definite answer other than the cameras were watching, which is interesting to me because last week they were able to honor my request. Once she had bagged up my food, she just slung it on the counter in front of me and didn't even say thank you, which is extremely rude. If I'm going to spend my money at any establishment the staff should at least have common courtesy and basic manners. MANAGEMENT...please coach Star with the basics if she is put on the register“

“Have only had great experiences here. Tonight especially, the employees were friendly and very professional, 2 even apologized for my wait on them getting more salad. Things were fresh and I enjoyed watching the skillful Man handle a completely full grill of the Meats. The Woman who made my Salad was fantastic.
Is Chipotle a 5* restaurant? No, but it’s only $10-12 for a Salad/Burrito bowl, so for me this location has been 5* for what it is. People are way too harsh.“

“They give you very generous portions here. Very. Honestly it’s a really good deal.
The employees are sometimes a little short but they have to put up with so much rudeness from customers I don’t blame them.
They have a small parking lot but I’ve always been able to get one.“
“Chipotle is great, food is always great and I enjoy coming here, always seating available especially on busy days like BOGO. I'll often come here to eat my chick fil a as the chick fil a doesn't have indoor seating. When I do get a meal here the service is pretty fast, the food portions are alright most of the times I ask them for a little more or a big scoop. Always a great environment not so loud unless the kids who are out from school come in a fairly large group.“
