Had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Alayah! Even though it was close to closing time, she was still so kind, patient, and helpful. She truly had such a customer-service-centered attitude and made me feel welcomed instead of rushed. It’s clear she cares about giving people a positive experience, and that really stood out to me. “For starters, i want to highlight the fact the staff was great!! Very kind and accommodating, in my opinion the staff is great every time i come in. The food tastes like the chipotle you’d expect of course. The only reason i’m giving a review is unfortunately i ordered sour cream on the side and the lid was not put on correctly… so i got home and had sour cream all over my bag 😭 and none for my bowl. Besides that everything was great! Just please make sure the lids are on secure for anything ordered on the side lol“

“It's Chipotle so you get what you get. The staff wasn't over friendly so can't brag about that. The location is convenient to a lot of shops in the area so that's a plus if you want to do some shopping before you grab some food.“
“We love chipotle but the level of service and cleanliness differs from location to location.
I’ve been at this location 3x and they by far provide the best service, countertop are clean and food is never low.

“I've tried a lot of different Chipotle restaurants around Atlanta and I have to say this is one of the best. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful and the food is very fresh and tasty. It is a busy restaurant because it is close to Emory but the wait is not too long.“
“The 4 young ladies working on 9/12/2024 are doing an excellent job maintaining this location on their own! It was clean, they were all very friendly, order was perfect and Chipotle standard flavor. As long as they work here, I recommend this location!“
“Just wanted to take a moment to share some praise on this Chipotle location in Lenox/Buckhead. Portions are good, food is great. But above all, just wanted to compliment the attention to food safety at this location. Saw staff washing their hands, turning faucet off with a paper towel, before putting on brand new gloves to serve. Even saw the cashier wash hands and hand sanitize before even touching the cash register, as well as put on new gloves for something as simple as ladling some sauce. The restaurant is also constantly being cleaned including the drink/napkin area. While one might say all of this goes without saying, I sadly cannot say this for all Chipotle locations. As someone who has gone through the throes of severe food poisoning in the past, really appreciate that the team here takes protection of customers seriously, especially as many folks working in the area come to this location for lunch every single day. Very pleased. Hope you all keep up the good work.“
“They are feeding people at this location! Everything looked fresh and ready for consumption. The food area was wiped clean.
There was an OBVIOUS leak on the floor coming from the soda or ice machine. Nothing the staff could do about that!
Warm welcome from the staff and they was ABSOLUTELY NO skimping on portions on June 4, at 1pm.
Thank yall for giving customers the amount of food the Chipotle commercials advertise without a single customer asking for a “little more please”!“
“When I saw the 3.6 rating, I was nervous... But for no reason! This steak bowl is perfect. Perfect ratio of everything, fast and friendly service. Whoever was on grill and on prep September 4th 2025... Give them a raise TODAY. This steak is so good, and the guac!? 10/10 isn't good enough. I have to type it out. Ten out of ten!“

“Horrible customer service.. I eat here frequently ,and this time I decided to get the queso and chips.I asked the young woman at the register if they could put some pico de gallo in the bowl with my queso and her reply was a strong worded NO ... I asked her why not and she cannot give me a definite answer other than the cameras were watching, which is interesting to me because last week they were able to honor my request. Once she had bagged up my food, she just slung it on the counter in front of me and didn't even say thank you, which is extremely rude. If I'm going to spend my money at any establishment the staff should at least have common courtesy and basic manners. MANAGEMENT...please coach Star with the basics if she is put on the register“
“Had no issues with this Chipotle; was surprised to see the low reviews. I do think there's a sizable homeless population around the location, but it's Midtown. You're going to get that. Friendly staff and had my order ready for pick-up as soon as I arrived. Solid burrito!“

“HUGE PROPS to restaurant manager Terri who came through for me and my group in a crunch. The Chipotle by the Big Chicken in Marietta canceled our order due to a card security issue on the day of our event. Luckily, I was close to the Chipotle by Cumberland and explained my situation and Terri was able to help and have a catering order completed for 25 people within a few hours. Thank you so much for saving our party! I will definitely use this location again for future catering. Well done!“
