Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mcdonough

“We visited this Chipotle today, and my 13-year-old daughter decided she didn’t want her food because it wasn’t hot enough for her. She had added sour cream and pico, which might have affected the temperature when mixed. The manager, who was very accommodating, offered to remake her meal, but she declined and chose not to take the food. I truly appreciated his kindness in refunding me without any hassle. His understanding and willingness to make things right exemplified excellent customer service. Thank you for a positive experience!“

“The food was great and the service was as fast as they could go with the little stuff they had. But the music was way too loud. I had a work call come in and they could not hear me on the phone because of the music overshadowing my voice. Aside from that, loved it. Food and the service was great.“
