I'll get right to the point. Service was good. I had a ribeye, I asked for it medium but I got it rare. Which I don't mind to much. But it lacked flavor. It seemed like a low quality steak. I couldn't eat it. I probably ate about a 1/4 of it. I also had a Ceasar Salas which was really good. But I had more croutons than salad. I picked them all out and left them on the side of the plate.I will probably visit this place again, but not for the food.I left still feeling hungry. On my way to McDonald's.

Don't order the filet. It's not filet mignon. It's a butterfly sirloin smothered in a WorcestershireBased sauce. Ribs were very good.

You are violating your credit card processing terms of service for your credit card surcharge on the receipt. You must post at the point of entry of the restaurant, as well as in the menu, that your restaurant charges a fee for patrons to use their credit cards... neither of these exist as of today. This is according to all the major credit card brands merchant services agreements. Tried to explain this to the bartender/manager who seemed apathetic. Hopefully you don't get reported to Amex, Visa, Discover, etc for this sneaky practice.

We just had a wonderful experience here. Jacob was excellent as a waiter and helped make choices for our meals. We had Hot Salmon with shitake mushroom sauce and it was so amazing we wanted to compliment the chef.Chef Zack came out and we had a nice conversation and got to compliment his sauce and meals personally.I would recommend this restaurant and comment that it is worth making a trip just to dine here.

I’ll start with the positives. For the atmosphere, I give this place 5 stars. It is a great, well appointed space, and my wife an I both agreed we felt transported to somewhere in the Blue Ridge mountains. The service was overall pretty good, no major complaints there. Unfortunately where things started to go wrong was with the food. I had the 16 oz Ribeye, and my wife had the 8 oz filet. We were both left completely underwhelmed with the quality of our steaks. The ribeye came out cold, so cold that the slab of butter served on top did not even melt. My wife’s steak was also cold, flavorless, tough and underwhelming. For a place that advertises itself as a steakhouse, I would say their steaks are far behind the quality of similarly priced options in the surrounding area. For desert, we had the cookie and ice cream, and it was really good. If they focus on bringing up the quality of the steaks they serve, I could see this place being a great option. But until then, this place is forgettable.

Very nice restaurant and crowd. Everyone is dressed nice and polite. Very nice bar upstairs as well.Brook was my bartender and she gave me service unlike I’ve ever received in my 10 years of traveling all over world. She’s definitely someone I will remember only because of how genuine and awesome her personality is. Excellent service!!! If you’re looking for a nice place to go too with a mature professional crowd this is definitely it. The hotel is across the street and the location is on the upscale side. Ask for brook, she’s the bartender full of tattoos with an awesome smile and a personality to match. You won’t be disappointed I promise.Jonathan

Came to celebrate my son 21st birthday..the food was mediocre at best..worst part is it all came out cold. The ribs were ice cold..steaks were so cold butter wouldn't melt. The grouper was pretty good as were the sides. The only part of our meal that was hot was onion rings. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive..but the kitchen needs help for the prices they are charging food should at least be served warm.

Good place to eat but don’t order the scallop potatoes. They were gray and nasty! Also I order the grouper very good but way to much salt!!

Pretty excellent place to dine out. I've had the Ribs and the Pork Chops during my two visits and was not disappointed. Delightful place on the Gainesville square.

This restaurant is incredibly expensive with the most horrible food in Gainesville. Service was only mediocre. Bar drinks were weak and the Old Fashioned was not even made correctly. Could it get any worse? Keep your money in your wallet. Avoid this eatery. A Happy Meal would have been better.

Service was good but not fine dining good. Cocktails were unremarkable. Ingredient quality was not good. Presentation was shameful. Ambiance was decent. Overall, this restaurant did not act its wage. Overpriced and disappointing.

My husband and I have been once, and we loved everything about it. The food and wine were amazing. We’ll definitely be back.
