My partner and I were in Gainesville for business and went to Cork It for drinks before dinner. As I have familial ties to the brewing/ distilling industry, I am admittedly unschooled in wine beyond the basics of white/ red and simple food pairings. Eager to step outside my comfort zone, I ordered a wine and mispronounced the variety. We're huge fans of their delicious Charcuterie, deviled egg spread, and pimento cheese. Those loaded toasts are a must with unique combos like fig jam and pickled onions. Specials on weekdays rock, and their loyalty program is a winner for free treats. It's the perfect spot to chill and enjoy music. And if you're into wine, Cork It is the place!

Nice charcuterie board. Excellent selection of wine. There are multiple businesses inside this location so you can even have something more substantial with your wine. Big and spacious.
