My niece who is deathly allergic to dairy had a life threatening reaction to being server incorrectly at a Brusters. Her parents have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Sad that this Brusters does not seem to care.
Love the customer service and quality!! Sara is so professional and sweet. I love their customized all ice cream cakes for all events, especially birthdays for my kids. Everyone loves their cakes!!!
