“Normally I give this Dairy Queen a five star, HOWEVER. My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered 2 Large turtle blizzard add strawberry Blizzard $17.29 later , we got home NO strawberry (which is extra $) and normally I would let it go however I paid way to much to not get it the way we wanted, as well as about a third of the cup at the bottom was completely just white ice cream, Ohhh and I should’ve known something was up when they didn’t do the turn upside down thingy that they do and had a top on it and no receipt as well, anyways so I called and spoke to a really nice young girl and she said the that owner wasn’t in (he also owns Marco’s Pizza) that he wouldn’t be in until next week. She asked if I would like to speak to the shift manager and I said sure she said okay he’s right here, I heard him say something and she said ohh I’m sorry he said that he’s really busy right now and she said do you want to call back later…. Well it was wild that he said he was to busy, but in My mind I was like okay, as a manager (which I have been before) you are to ask for the Customers name and number for YOU to call back and make it right , this guy was a real gem 🤦🏻♀… so I’m hoping that the Owner sees this and handles maybe giving the guy a class on proper management responsibilities and actions towards customers!

“This location is easily one of the best ones I've been to. I come frequently enough and these employees have always been friendly and pleasant! I haven't had any problems with my food or ice cream. I think customers could use a little patience, we are all human and most issues can be solved if you're polite.“
