I went to this location and attempted to place an order through the drive-thru. The AI ordering system was unable to understand my specialty order, so I pulled around to the window for assistance.
There were no other customers in the drive-thru and no visible rush inside the restaurant. I explained to the employee at the window that the AI could not process my order, but I was told they could not take my order at the window and that I would have to drive back around and try again.
What made the experience worse was that the manager stood nearby watching the interaction and appeared amused rather than helping resolve the situation. There was no effort made to assist a customer when the technology failed.
While at the window, I also noticed the restaurant appeared unclean, with food and crumbs visible on the floors and counters. At that point, I decided not to order.
Customer service at this location is severely lacking. The staff, including management, would benefit from additional customer service training and a stronger focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Very clean. Friendly environment. Fast service.
Food was average but the atmosphere was horrible. The bathrooms are so disgusting. We had to go next door to Wendy’s to use the rest room and the service is very slow. The cashier was nice though!

I ordered online and specified a pickup time 40 minutes out. I arrived at the location at the time I specified and was told it would be another 4 minutes. The employees were very rude and I ended up having to wait another 10 minutes. The food was still cold, and the order was wrong! If I could give zero stars, I would.
The customer service in the customer Kurdish was good.Have any problems , however , I will say , we have napkin dispensers on the table , so the customer won't have to keep getting up and down and going to the counter and ask him to cashier nations , but everything else was good

If I could give Zero stars I would never have I went some place and been totally disappointed with food I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a pie even that was cold ! Took it back asked for it to be given fresh was given the attitude from a lady behind the line saying it just had been made ma’am those fries were cold they could not have just been made I didn’t even leave the parking lot ! So how they made everything over but over cooked the sandwich I whole hearted believe she did it on purpose didn’t return my pie . In this economy who wants bad food and at that price I’m highly disappointed I should of known when I saw the health score of a 89 that it wasn’t a good but I don’t get this often cause their isn’t one in my area ! But for sure I will not be back the only thing good was the drive thru attendant and the Dr Pepper! Y’all need to close up just like the other locations cause that was a pitiful service and I wasn’t satisfied at all I’ll never come back and I would encourage others to not spend money here either!

I had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes that reflects serious issues with both customer service and management.
On 4/22/2026, I had an unpleasant interaction in the drive-thru with a young male employee who became combative when I questioned my order. I clearly explained that the menu displayed behind him matched what I ordered, yet he attempted to charge me for something different. After going back and forth, I stood firm, and only then did he process my payment correctly—but with a noticeable attitude.
On 4/24/2026, I returned to speak with the manager about the situation, and unfortunately, that experience was even worse. The manager was openly abrasive—not only toward me, but also toward her own staff and the customer ahead of me. She spoke to employees in a belittling tone, correcting them harshly over minor things. When addressing me, her tone was equally dismissive and rude.
I tried to respectfully wait until I could speak privately, but she seemed irritated by my presence from the start. As I explained my concern, her attitude made it clear she was not interested in resolving anything. I ultimately told her I would take my business elsewhere if my patronage was an inconvenience—and her response only reinforced that decision.
It’s clear that leadership sets the tone. When management treats employees poorly, it often carries over into how customers are treated. Based on these experiences, I will not be returning to this location.

Nasty mac and cheese. How dare you all serve and sell something like this? It tasted much worse than it looks. This went in the trash. Yuck!
