I’ve had the classic chicken sandwich here many times and it has never disappointed! The staff has been very helpful and friendly If there’s ever an issue. Not a fan of the AI order taker, but that has no effect on the food or the rest of the service

Would give it lower just from attitude I have gotten from same lady and apparently everyone has the same experience that I have talked to about her. She lied about specials and refused to serve as advertised. As long as she works there I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame since the food is great.

My fiancé and I arrived at Popeyes around 7pm on Wednesday Dec 4. The outside lights were off indicating that the restaurant may have been closed and they really need to rethink that automated system they’re using. Our order was correct and the chicken was hot however, when we got home and peeled that skin back it was full of fat and wasn’t fried well enough. No seasoning the chicken tasted like it was fried in water. No flavor whatsoever. I don’t know who’s managing this place but it makes you wonder how they are still open ! Out of 5 stars they get not one from me 🤮

BEWARE do not use your Rewards, they will deduct them but still charge you for free items! I called the store and was told they don’t control payments or rewards and to contact Guest Care, I did and they took care of me. But my thing is don’t offer rewards if your not gonna honor them!!

Food is usually fresh and always tastes great for the most part. I'm sure it's from corporate, but I don't appreciate that fact there is already an uncharge for the Mac and cheese and yet, they're putting a half of a containers worth in them whereas any other side gets filled sometimes the Mac is mainly cheese and greasy. Secondly. There's usually a heavier set older woman at the register who tends to be unwelcoming with her service and gets an attitude when you let them know they forgot an item, because she is always so sure she put it in the bag. It's like she makes you feel as if you're lying about what you bought as if they can't mess up. And I mean this has happened several times. One side is almost always missing. The interior, especially the working area, looks so dead and drained. Needs a lively upgrade. I usually order online and pick it up. It's either ready well before my pick-up time, which affects freshness or is not ready when I get there on time. All in all I go for the food and the food is great for the most part. Repetition of the same service and quality of service has been just as good as it is bad with consistency. Overall I give them a 3/5
