I always order the kickin chicken meal with the sauces on the side. All 4 locations around griffin ga have given me my order with NO sauces at all. I like the food but y'all suck on not getting what you ask for.
I am not one to do "reviews" but I had to this time. the past few times I have been to this Zaxby's have been wonderful experiences....service was friendly, fast (drive-thru), and the food great. Today...they knocked it out of the park! I went at lunchtime (12:23 I believe it was when I pulled in) and had my food and leaving by 12:30pm. We have been waiting in the drive thru for about an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s called fast food for a reason. We will not be coming back.
