“The Grovetown location excels at customer service. Kudos to Nyanza for assisting me and her manager (didn’t catch his name) who offered to help me clean up a large tea I spilled on my passenger side floor. Even though it wasn’t their fault they offered to help me clean it out and refilled my drink. Also the food was served piping hot and delicious“

“I just spent over $51 over an hour ago on a 16 piece family meal and all the food was just thrown into the bag!!! All of the lids were not put on good so gravy had spilled, juice from the Cole Slaw...the paper bags were soaked and tearing as we tried to pull them out. The box of biscuits were thrown in there sideways and not closed and the bucket of chicken was not closed! I took a video that I will be posting!!! The girl at the window was so sweet and friendly but you could tell she was overwhelmed, she was the only person we saw up front. The video I took.is in the comments.“

“Wife Savers recently catered an event for St Alban’s Episcopal Church. I was very pleased with the service from first contact with the staff to the actual delivery and set up of the food. The food was delivered hot and it was delicious. The guests were very complimentary of all of the dishes especially the mac and cheese. The amount of food was generous and reasonably priced. I would use them for catering again for good service and food and no hassle.“

UPDATE: Thought we would give them a 2nd chance and went by for dinner last night. Chicken fingers fresh & hot, fires crunchy & hot, wife's salad well prepared ans she was very happy. We may have previously caught them on a bad night. Every place has one eventually. Will return in the future also bumped up their star ratings. Front counter was very polite & helpful as well as server.“

“The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“My first time here 3/18/25. The cashier Daisy was patient with me while ordering. She was knowledgeable about the choices of salads and able to help me select. I ordered the Jalapeno Holly (Slight kick but not overwhelming). The grape salad is a tad sweet for my taste but good. I went at about 20 mins to close & they delivered great customer service overall.“

“What can I say... I love Chick-fil-A! This location can get pretty busy during lunch, so I recommend ordering in advance especially for those on time crunch. I am always greeted with a smile and haven't had any issues when coming to this location - my meals are also hot, packaged well, and efficient service.“
