There's been a turnover of management and I have seen more positive comments for this Hahira location. My husband is still raving about his sandwich and has decided he wants to go back for his birthday next week.Parking: Parking in downtown Hahira is not always easy. Very busy street with diagonal spaces. If you find a parking space, be very careful backing out of it. People drive over the speed limit and don't watch for vehicles moving out of parking spaces. The past is PAST. There's a new Assistant Manager in town and she's working hard to "do it right". I stopped for a meatball sub today and only one employee was present. She was busy building a sandwich for another diner but she took the time to greet me and promised to be right with me. True to her word, she finished up with her other diner and then built me a delicious meatball sub. Decent Subway, could use an update, it's small, feels like the 70s. Normally the food is ok and the staff is polite. If it gets busy you will have to wait because it's almost always understaffed (usually just one person).
