Jalen was so helpful on today with my order I placed and online order which was made wrong by mistake. Jalen with his Beautiful smile came in and fixed it all he was nice and understanding. The whole crew was amazing but every time I come thru the drive thru he is very pleasing and helpful.
It was ok. When I came in no one acknowledged me and their was no one in line nor did I see anyone in the drive thru. It could've been that they were cleaning. Idk. One of my orders had 2 bacon kings and there was no bacon. I didn't feel like driving back for that. The manager did get my order together and had a pleasant attitude. She seemed to be the only one quick enough to get things done.

This location needs help! The purpose of the drive thru timer is to determine or manage how long the customer is waiting. Tricking the timer system does not mean the customer is not still waiting.
