Great appreciate the superb customer service I received at this location. I am a picky about my salad preparation. Kimora did a wonderful job. She did it with much pleasantry. The manager, Danielle, graciously assisted in ensuring that I felt like a valued customer. The cashier, Akina, was a delight as she was patient and pleasant as I got a family member's order over the phone. I waited in drive thru behind 2 cars waiting to place their order for 9 minutes. Then I decided to go inside, where the disinterested employees ignore me standing there. Never again going to this location in Lovejoy.
