placed a delivery order-ordered ckn nuggets, cup of soup, diet lemonade. received- an oder of waffle fries that were old & cold; did get my soup and lemonade. my correct order was stuck on the outside of the sealed bag. called the CFA lovejoy store-they blamed Door Dash and told me I would have to call Door Dash to get a refund. learned 2 things - 1. never place a delivery order; 2. never patronize CFA Lovejoy ever again. it was my pleasure to leave this review!!
I ordered a Market Salad and got a spicy southwest salad I could not eat. I called the store and was told I would get a call back -never happened. I have gotten wrong items before but this is the first time I complained. They apparently don’t care. I will not be back.
My husband waited 45 minutes for two milkshakes inside the store. This location has terrible customer service. They also get orders wrong. They need to either train employees better or hire better people.
