“A jewel of a spot! I happened upon Paper Plane while looking for a “family friendly” dinner spot on Friday. I was so pleasantly surprised when I peeped in for a sec. Well I was welcomed and shown around thinking it looked to Posh to bring a two year old, but the manager said “oh we’re family friendly here come on in”! So we dined on DELICIOUS food with many great Vegetarian options, and Sage the “ticky” toddler cleaned his plate, and had a ball playing in the outdoor space! Terrel provided excellent service for our family and out of town guest, I am a FAN!“

“JenChan’s is a friendly neighborhood hangout with an amazing menu, friendly waiters, and a wide selection of games. The food is always fantastic and the drinks are always strong & cold. I would recommend the ginger margarita slushies, the fried mushrooms, and any of the pizzas!!!“

“My cousins and I randomly decided to try this spot and it did not disappoint! The vegetarian pho pot stickers are amazing! The portion size of the entrees are huge & decked with lots of flavor. I also ordered their hot honey garlic wings and those are now my absolute favorite! The service was amazing and the staff was so kind! I cannot wait to come back and try more items! “My gf and I passed this place a lot while in VaHi and finally stopped in. Very cool vibe inside, perfect for date night. The yellowtail carpaccio was great. We ordered the chicken lo mein and garlic green beans and were blown away. I think we were expecting something basic but the Lo mein ended up being one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. And the garlic green beans were an added bonus.

“We ate here after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby with our two kids, 10 & 11. The restaurant was clean, and comfortably decorated. I wasn't worried too much about having what amounts to a grill in the middle of our table with the kids. It's obviously hot, but it's not like you'll lose a hand if you get too close here and there. Service was great. Our server was Yuki. He was very attentive, and explained how it worked, and answered any questions. When our food arrived, Yuki told us exactly what each item was, and exactly how long to cook it per side. Not a cheap place to go, especially with kids, but a nice treat after an otherwise fun-filled day with other new first experiences.“

“Pretty good food! I got the fried chicken bowl and the chicken was very juicy, but wasn’t really seasoned. All the flavor came from the sauce on top. It was $18 total for the bowl which felt a little steep, but everything in The Works seems to have gone up in price over the past few years.“

We got plenty of food because we wanted a variety. To start we had fried dumplings which were fantastic and sweet a good stage. For the main course we ordered too much and got an order of chicken lo mein, chonchqing chicken, and crispy beef. The lomein and chicken were great, the chicken was a nice stew with bone in chicken and a bit of a spice. The lo mein was surprisingly good (normal it's generic but this was very well done). The beef was a bit bland for us and just tasted fried. Service throughout the entire meal was great and prompt (shoutout to john). We would come back again in the future.“

“I was at Grady hospital and decided to stop at the Municipal Market since I had not been there in quite a few years. I ordered the honey ginger grilled salmon with fried rice. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the fried rice was absolutely the best! Very generous portions. I live about 25 miles away but it’s worth drive.“

“We had a phenomenal experience at the PF Changs at Atlanta Hartsfirld airport. Our waiter, Kenrick, was absolutely phenomenal. He personally suggested a better table for us, prepared a gourmet, spicy sauce, and delivered our meals with kindness and expertise. I have dined all over the world and I have rarely experienced a server of Kenrick’s caliber. The manager, Jerome, also greeted us and we had a very pleasant conversation. “Ordered from there twice in a week. Food was tasty and portions were good. Biggest difference from other Poke places was it wasn’t drowning in sauce, often making it too salty for my taste.

They got one start docked because my second order had seriously spoiled ginger. It was rank, so I’m not sure how it wasn’t caught. Luckily, it didn’t spoil the entire bowl.“

I work near colony square and I am so glad there is a good 💯 sushi place I can go for lunch nearby.
Their lunch special is really worth the price. The side salad included in lunch special is even good, so fresh and well prepared. Nigiri and rolls tasted absolutely delicious and the portion was generous too.“

“It's the last Trader Vic's on the east coast, and one of a handful left in the world. The theming and decor have been wonderfully preserved, but the service hasn't been frozen in amber. The meals, drinks, and dining experience have been lovingly updated and improved over the past few years, really reaching high points for themed dining experiences. We went on a Friday before a concert across midtown, and the waitstaff were conscious of our show time and made sure everything came out quickly enough that we weren't late, but we never felt rushed. Family favorites: pork dumplings, lo mein, general chey's stirfry, thai coconut soup, and the salads are actually really hardy and yummy. They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.“

“Let’s talk about EAV That & Sushi real quick. I’ve never really been a Thai food eater. I’ll eat it if that’s what the majority wants but I’ve never been the one to have to have it. Baby listen, EAV That & Sushi has me in a choke hold as the food is AMAZNG!!!! We were in the area as Shaunie said it is one of her favorite places to go, as such, we went. Walking in, the ambiance is really low key and has a great feel to it. It’s perfect for friends, dates, or even alone. After we walked in we were able to be seated immediately. Continuing to take in the ambiance, the feel was so chill. There was a game on each television and the music was playing in the background. Yep, I’m here for all of this. Upon taking our seats, I ordered a sweet tea and began to scroll the menu. Taking a moment to take in the menu as there are an abundance of options, I decided on the Spring Rolls as an Appetizer and Pad Thai as my Main Course. Clearly I played it safe. 😂😂😂 From seating us to taking out drink and food orders, our waiter was super nice. He was professional, very educated on the menu offerings and kept a smile the entire time. Not to mention, we weren’t his only table yet he was on top of his game and provided top tier service. Once my food came I was immediately drawn into the aroma. The Thai Spices mixed with the Sweet smells of the sauce made me extra happy inside. LoL. The Spring Rolls were good. They were crunchy loo Upon first bite I almost melted. Whew! I have NEVER in all my years had a Pad Thai this amazing. I’m talking about perfectly cooked noodles. Optimum noodle to meat to sauce ratio. And best of all, the peanuts were coated in the sauce and not only acted as the extra layer of texture, but their flavor profile was enhanced which allowed the dish to have a multi-flavor blend of sweet, salty, and nutty. Omggggggg. I want moreeeeeeeeee. The dish arrived hot and was very fresh. This wasn’t no quick boil or reheated dish, no. This was freshly made when I ordered it and whoever the chef was is amazing at their job. Dear Chef, your ability to cook Pad Thai is beyond normal. Your supernatural flavor elevated dish was exciting, mouth pleasing, and has made me eager to return to EAV That & Sushi. “Mannnn... What a pleasant surprise. Happened to stop through Pullman Yards and found this spot. Great vibe with the music, games, comfortable seating and super pleasant staff. We had the BBQ Pork "BaBoy" skewers and Pelote (Grilled Corn) along with a couple of tasty libations. All were quite delicious and a must have again on next visit. “The food at Ru San’s is inexpensive and plentiful. There are several dishes I really enjoy - the yellowtail jalapeño appetizer is yum, and I love the eggplant tempura. Age tofu hits the spot. The sushi is decent, and they offer quite a few sushi fusion options, as well as some bargain-priced 3-piece rolls. Like many Southern fusion Asian restaurants serving sushi rolls, the excess of sweet, sticky sauces drowning the delicate flavors of raw seafood is not appealing to me. But MOST people do like that, and I just ask for them to omit the sauce, which works well. This restaurant caters to its clientele, and the menu reflects that choice. Ru San’s will not be getting a Michelin star for sushi, but if you want that, there are at least 3 other restaurants in the A where you can find that. I keep coming back because it is easy, inexpensive, nearby, and generally tasty. Try it.“

I ordered the Double Decker sushi roll ($22), which was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, while my friend had the chicken wings that were also very tasty. We were seated upstairs, which gave a nice view of the restaurant, though it would’ve been more convenient to have a bathroom on that level. The only real downside was that for large parties, the restaurant combines everything onto one check instead of allowing separate payments. Aside from that, the food and atmosphere were excellent.“
