Those on the shift at the time seemed to get along well. When we entered the facility we weren’t greeted but stared at, as if they weren’t used to having customers. We ordered a sandwich and a wrap, but that didn’t seem to register with whom was preparing the food. They kept asking questions as if the two changes were difficult to manage. They were more interested in their conversation than completing the order we paid for.
Customer service here could be better. Compared to other locations. They never look like they're open, or even like they want to be there
Hi My Name Sheila And I Went To This Sandwich Shop With My Significant Other And We Had A Bad Experience With One Of Workers That Took Order And The District Manager Daniel Was So Pleasant And Kind And Saw Some Of The Experience But Didn't Know Everything That The Employee Said And Did She Apologize For The Employee And Offer To Make It Right For Our Next Visit I Truly Appreciate Daniel For Even Taking Extra Miles Daniel Is A Great District Manager That Showed That She Cared About...read full review
