“I'm beyond thrilled that this location opened. Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite sub spot. Then working at amazon we dont have lots of food options within driving distance especially durin a shot 30 minutes lunch break. This location is perfect for just that. My sub is always as i ordered it. It's always made at the time i request. The staff greets me every time i come in the door.“

“I've never had an issue with the food. It's fresh and made-to-order. However, I placed an online order that was not prepared until AFTER my arrival. The app stated my order was READY! I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app's stated time (not an exaggeration) for my order. I take issue with that because the staff (two members) completed orders of people in the store. Why couldn't one take care of them while the other completed online orders? I must mention that another online customer was there before me, waiting on HIS order. Just bad service this time around, which (I must admit) is not the norm - BUT I am upset and feel this needs to be addressed.

Update: The online ordering process has improved greatly at this location.“

“I'm having one of the worst days of my life. I was very tired and hungry after burying my best friend. The staff was so understanding and sympathetic to my emotional distress. I wish I could have done something for them more than just a review. Thank you so much to the staff of the Grovetown Jersey Mike's every single one of you. Not only did you give me a delicious sandwich you put a little bit of soul back inside of me that was missing. I did order a sandwich that was too big I was expecting to come home and still have my dog next to me. Once again thank you for exceptional service compassion and empathy.“

“It was hands down the best salad I've ever had at a gas station. Which sounds like a joke but I used to travel for a living and have eaten more gas station food that a human should be subjected to. But I digress.
I got two roast beef and provolone salads. I just put mayo and spicy mustard on them and they were great. They were amazing. The guy working was fast and friendly. I felt bad I didn't have cash for a tip.
Can't say much about the atmosphere because it's inside a Circle K gas station. It is what it is.

Dietary restrictions: If you're Atkins, low carb, or keto they have salads that are pretty awesome“

“The greatest Chef Salad of a lifetime can be found that this specific McAlister’s location. The ratio of every single vegetable was PERFECT.

I have no idea who was in that kitchen today but y’all better give that person a raise and make sure THEY NEVER QUIT MAKING THAT FOOD.

“The floors are dirty they should be swept aleast twice during the day when open to represent a clean welcome lobby I also ordered online today and they forgot the banana peppers and I don’t think they even toasted my sandwich today was the worse of all the others“
