“I'm having one of the worst days of my life. I was very tired and hungry after burying my best friend. The staff was so understanding and sympathetic to my emotional distress. I wish I could have done something for them more than just a review. Thank you so much to the staff of the Grovetown Jersey Mike's every single one of you. Not only did you give me a delicious sandwich you put a little bit of soul back inside of me that was missing. I did order a sandwich that was too big I was expecting to come home and still have my dog next to me. Once again thank you for exceptional service compassion and empathy.“

“The floors are dirty they should be swept aleast twice during the day when open to represent a clean welcome lobby I also ordered online today and they forgot the banana peppers and I don’t think they even toasted my sandwich today was the worse of all the others“

“In my reviews, I share exactly what happens during my experience as a customer. There are certain things that I focus on service and atmosphere sometimes before the food review. I always pay attention to the health food inspection score if its not a 90 or higher we don't dine in or take out. I'm leaving the five-star rating only because the food was delicious and worth the price.

The lady at the counter was unpleasant when asked about certain bagels which I hope isn't the owner. During the order, no one was behind us not sure what the rush was about. Now, note this was the first time in the establishment was a small surprise we were trying this place recommendation from friends. I would say the atmosphere wasn't welcoming felt very uncomfortable to the point of walking out. The entire time while in the establishment placing the order we were being stared at by the customers and staff. Our appearance matched what other guests were wearing having lunch.

I've shared this location with friends and advised them that the food turned out great but there are other issues that I did not disclose. I'm not sure if diversity training is a thing but banknotes come from every race. The staff at this establishment should be trained on how to treat each customer the same regardless of their race. I'm only saying this because I watched the interaction between the couple behind us who walked in ten minutes later they were treated like Jordan Spieth at a Champions dinner. Perhaps, we could blame it on a bad day will not return.“

“I'm beyond thrilled that this location opened. Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite sub spot. Then working at amazon we dont have lots of food options within driving distance especially durin a shot 30 minutes lunch break. This location is perfect for just that. My sub is always as i ordered it. It's always made at the time i request. The staff greets me every time i come in the door.“

“They have an entire menu of chicken salad flavors—it was honestly impressive. I got the pickle flavor on a croissant with broccoli salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and way better than I expected. The place was clean and cute, I went with friends and had a great time, (parking is a little tight during busy times) I definitely recommend it.“

“Just left Jersey Mike's and I love the Philly steak sandwiches but the cook cooked the sandwich so fast it wasn’t even done. So I had to throw the sandwich out so I would not get sick. “I am vegetarian and sometimes find sandwich restaurants hard to order in, but today with Ms. Taylor and her incredible chef, Kalvin, I was blessed to enjoy one of the best grilled vegetable sandwiches ever! Kalvin really went out of his way to cook all of the vegetables well and assemble a hearty, giant vegetable sub that was truly satisfying! If you’re looking for an awesome group of people to serve you, give this Jersey Mikes a try! I’m super happy I did!“

“It was hands down the best salad I've ever had at a gas station. Which sounds like a joke but I used to travel for a living and have eaten more gas station food that a human should be subjected to. But I digress.
I got two roast beef and provolone salads. I just put mayo and spicy mustard on them and they were great. They were amazing. The guy working was fast and friendly. I felt bad I didn't have cash for a tip.
Can't say much about the atmosphere because it's inside a Circle K gas station. It is what it is.

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“I finished watching a movie across the street and noticed a Jimmy John's in front of me. What I like ordering from the app is the value points you get. I always order the same sandwich. The beach is my favorite toast. I was able to place my order and take my time walking. It was ready for pick up. All of the employees were smiling and having a good time.“
