The drive thru service was so slow at dinner time. At the window the answer was clear. The 2 employees were both on their phones. Hard to do your job with only one hand. Was handed someone else’s order first before I got the right one. Female didn’t say sorry it took so long, thank you, go to H___. Nothing!! Apparently, when changing your drink order from Dr. Pepper to Sweet Tea, that warrants a nasty attitude and cold fries.
I ordered my food, unfortunately as I was trying to order someone around me had really loud music. I tried to wait until they had passed, but the lady taking my order in the drive thru seemed a bit impatient, it could also just be me, as i was also impatient because i couldnt order.
