Papa John's Hartwell offers top-notch customer service, with a friendly and efficient staff. The food is delicious and presented well, earning a perfect score on inspections. Despite previous disappointing experiences, the recent pizza was so good that the customer preferred it over their homemade dinner. This place is recommended for those looking for a great pizza experience, especially when served by the friendly lady working there.
