Excellent service
For a fast food restaurant, you couldn't ask for better customer service. Hope and Brent went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Greeted with a smile, Hope spoke to us as soon as we walked in the door. I ordered on the app and brought our food out to us, asked did we need anything else, and he and Hope both, walked around asking if anyone needed anything and offered refills to each person in the lobby. Wendy's is a clean and tidy place with attentive staff and good food. The restaurant is well-managed, and the employees are hardworking. Food is prepared well and tasty, with the burger and chili being favorites. Service is average for a fast food restaurant but not bad at all, and the atmosphere is typical of Wendy's. Some torn seats are present, but overall the restaurant remains clean. Customers have noted that the food comes out much quicker than in previous years and that the place is now much improved from past issues. Although some have mentioned the burgers are getting smaller and more expensive, the restaurant continues to be a popular spot for families and tourists alike, with parking and wheelchair accessibility available, and a kid-friendly environment.
