“I had the brisket and it was so good, I didn't need a knife or teeth. It tasted like I was in somebody's kitchen that knew how to throw down. The food was hot and the lady at the counter was super friendly and made sure that we knew about all of the specials that were not on the menu. If you want to go somewhere for the atmosphere AND some home cooked food,stop in and pick something up. They're in a place that is in a convenience store with gas, too.“

“My first time ever there, been watching their commercials forever and decided to go tonight. We got the sampler platter and it feed me and my wife plus we had leftovers to bring home. Ribs, brisket, BBQ chicken, potato salad and best turkey I've ever tasted. The staff was attentive and very friendly and could cut up with you, we met Larry Sconyers and he was a wonderful person. Took the time to talk to us and asked questions about us. I loved the personal touch. I'm definitely going back and enjoy this place again. Great first visit, thanks Mr Larry Sconyers and staff.
