As I drove threw to get my order I witnessed a female employee drop a patty (chicken) on the floor then throw it in the grease. She then dropped 2 more patties on the floor & throw them in the grease. I will be reporting this to the Health Department as well as the lical BBB.
I placed an order through the app. When I arrived, the cashier was friendly at first and handed me my order without issue. After running a few errands, I realized the French fries from my combo were missing from the bag.
