“TLDR: I screwed up and the wonderful woman at Pizza Hut provided the best customer service experience ever.I placed an order on the app; an hour later, I went to check on the delivery status only to realize I’d ordered carry out. I called; sure enough, the pizza had been ready and sitting for some time. I know I sounded frustrated when I said I’d come get the pizza. Ten minutes later, I pull up and another lady told me the pizza was coming out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and thought there had just been some sort of mix up. A few minutes later, the lady I’d spoken with on the phone came out and APOLOGIZED for my wait, saying she’d put another pizza in the oven for me. I have never had this awesome a customer service experience in Hinesville. Seriously. She made my day. Absolutely did NOT have to do that—the mistake was mine. I didn’t get her name and am kicking myself but if _1os means anything to management, give that woman a raise. ♥️ Also, we regularly order delivery from here. Pizza is almost always hot and fresh, and the delivery drivers are pretty great. Wouldn’t recommend dining in; doesn’t look like it’s made for it anyway, but they do have a couple tables and chairs.“
“I ordered a large meatlovers through the call center. When I went to pick it up they were very nice at the store. They gave me an additional $5 off. My pizza was a little under cooked when I got home but I placed it in the oven for 10 mins and it was perfect. Not a bad experience. I just wished they had cooked it longer.“
