no chicken ready, 4 kids standing around doing nothing, soda fountain and condiment bar nasty, trash cans overflowing & store generally unsanitary.
I ordered the same meal I have had many times before and it came with brown salsa that was supposed to be red. When I tried to call to see if something had just gotten dumped in it by mistake, no one would pick up the phone.
Just picked up a mobile order and the entire $60 order is TRASH! It is ICE COLD, the rice is ROCK HARD and we have wrong/incomplete items. Of course they don't answer the phone.
